  • No Document Retention: Because files never touch our servers, we have zero retention or access to your documents, financial calculations, passwords, or personal records.
  • Automatic Session Purge: When you navigate away from or close the browser tab, any cached data in your browser’s memory is immediately erased by your web browser.

2. Information We Collect (and Do Not Collect)

We DO NOT collect:

  • Personal Identifiable Information (PII) such as your full name, street address, or phone number (unless voluntarily provided in a contact message).
  • Credit card details or payment credentials (ToolSpark is 100% free with no payment mechanisms).

Like all web services, our web hosting server automatically records standard server access log entries when pages are served. These logs may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser user agent, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
